Overview:
Emerging and high growth companies will have to navigate the complexities of term sheets when raising early stage and growth stage capital and when considering an M&A exit. Founders must understand how to structure a term sheet, negotiate the term sheet with a view to ensuring a smooth path to closing and to make decisions on value-add partnerships with the right investors and possible acquirers. Riley Graydon and Jacob Young, lawyers in Osler’s Emerging and High Growth Companies Group, will lead a session to discuss these considerations throughout the lifecycle of a technology venture.
After the workshop we invite you to join us for a drinks reception in the Rocket Lounge at Fort Tectoria. We ask that if you wish to attend the reception portion of the evening that you please RSVP separately for that event via the Scale YYJ website, or by clicking here.
