From front-line workers to senior managers, whether you work in person or in the virtual world, you need to connect effectively with others. During this 3-hour session, you will be introduced to the key elements of successful communication; and explore what it takes to clearly and intentionally engage others in meaningful conversation. 

Participants will have the opportunity to practice multiple techniques that encourage dialogue between colleagues and clients alike. 

This essential workshop is highly recommended to take in conjunction with other Engaged HR courses; and is a mandatory requirement for “The Art of HR” Certificate program.
