Using insights from the public sector, industry data, and projected market trends, this session will explore how organizations are adjusting their compensation strategies in response to current challenges and discussing how to stay informed on emerging trends. A presentation will be provided by Maeve Maddison from White & Gale with plenty of time for Q&A at the end.
