Course Overview
- This 2-day training will provide you with all the elements you need to become a productive Product Owner maximizing the ROI of your business. Participants will learn the essential concepts and tools of Scrum, the differences between agile projects and traditional waterfall-type methodologies and how the role of the business is changing vis-à-vis Scrum teams.
- Participants will also learn how to effectively manage and lead Product Discovery activities like defining a Product Vision as well as Understanding Users, Assumptions and Hypothesis. Building on this participants will create Product Backlog through Journey Mapping, User Story Mapping, and refine User Stories that are ready to be played.
- Lead by a Certified Scrum Trainer (since 2011) who was taught by Ken Schwaber in 2002, this training workshop leverages the latest in virtual training tools, a unique visual style, and extensive hands-on experience to create an engaging class for anyone interested in Scrum and looking to prepare themselves for working in Agile organizations & teams.
