Panel 1: Women in Leadership - the Good, the Bad and the Needed Change
Representation matters. It’s easier to “be” what we can “see.” One way to move the needle on gender equity effectively and faster, we need to have more diverse representation in leadership - especially at the decision making level. Our aim is to listen to stories of women leaders in Victoria to hear how they got to where they are, who helped them get there (allies) and how it’s helping make workplaces better and more equitable.
