Our next CEO Roundtable will take place at 12:00 noon on March 6th.

Given how full everyone’s plates are right now, we’re going to keep this session more open and discussion-driven. Rather than locking into a single predefined topic, we’ll host an open roundtable conversation focused on the most pressing issues facing you and your companies right now.

Potential themes that have been suggested include:

• The impact of AI on hiring junior talent - and what that means for developing the next generation of senior leaders
• Lessons from Web Summit - what to expect and how to maximize ROI
• Sales metrics - managing and improving performance (impact vs. activity)

However, the session will be shaped by whoever is in the room and what feels most relevant in the moment.

We’ll also dedicate 15-20 minutes at the end of the meeting to align on a clear topic (or topics) for the next roundtable so we can ensure strong engagement and advance input.
