Resilience Training for Teams

Resilience Training for Teams

Thursday, May 27, 2021 (9:30 AM - 12:00 PM) (PDT)

Description

The best part about resilience? Anyone and everyone can build it.

This workshop is for teams who want to develop their resilience, proactively improve their mental wellness and learn how to use reactive resilience skills when challenges arise. We all have the power to build our resilience and bounce back faster when adversity strikes. This workshop will show you how.

We use a compass when we need to orient ourselves, identify where we need to go and choose what our next steps should be. We have created two resilience compasses that work in a similar way - providing guidance to help you get where you want to go by showing you the way. We have taken the best of all of the empirical evidence about resilience and distilled it into one proactive image and one reactive image leaders can use to guide them.

This event is put on by Amira Health in partnership with VIATEC for Mental Health Month - raising awareness of trauma and the impact it can have on the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of all of us.
