Topic: Building a Strategic Plan – and sizing it right for your business

Is it time for your strategy to get a refresh?  Do you have a written strategic plan?  Strategic planning and review can be easily overlooked in the fast-paced world of tech, but they are an important ritual to ensure you’re staying on course. 

This interactive session will walk us through the key chapters that should be in your strategic plan whether you’re still in start-up mode or have saturated your market and are looking for what’s next.  You’ll leave with an outline of the important topics to cover and a framework that is scalable to meet your business needs.
