Description
Thanks to the energy, interest, and momentum built together over the past six months, John Juricic has decided to launch something new: a live-streaming vodcast conversation series called “Sidney Breakfast Club – After Hours.”
This new platform will take the spirit of the Sidney Breakfast Club morning meetups and carry it into dynamic, unscripted conversations with local leaders, innovators, and changemakers—diving deeper into the topics that matter most to our business and community landscape.
They’ll be broadcasting live via YouTube and their initial conversation will be focussed on Food Security & Sustainability, presented by John Espley. John is a community champion and connector from Victoria, BC, with 35+ years in marketing, communications, and local leadership. He’s the Co‑Founder of the Blenkinsop Community Agricultural Centre in Saanich—a pioneering 14-acre farming community blending regenerative agriculture, educational programming, and accessible farmland to bolster local food resilience. John also leads Connection Skills, serves on several regional boards, and was honored as 2021 Greater Victoria Chamber Member of the Year for his impactful community work.
John Juricic will be co-hosting “Sidney Breakfast Club – After Hours” with regular SBC attendee, Shawn O’Hara. Shawn is a Victoria-based online marketing strategist and community catalyst. Since launching online businesses in 1995, he has built a strong reputation helping trades and service businesses thrive digitally as a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer at Agency 2525.
Join SBC Friday, June 27th at 10:30am on YouTube at: https://youtube.com/live/o_0-RIMiru0?feature=share.
They will be live and welcome any questions or commentary via the chat feature on the YouTube broadcast.
