This is an Elective course in The Art of HR Certificate program. Performance management is so much more than a once-a year meeting. When done well, it’s also a powerful tool that creates the pathway to high performance. This path starts with understanding the purpose of performance management, learning the frameworks that work best with your culture, and promoting good communication and ongoing feedback. This session lays a solid foundation for effective performance management, giving you the tools to promote positive change and constructively address challenges and misalignment. This event occurs over two half-days: Tuesday, November 23rd & Thursday, November 25th from 9:30 am -12:30 pm PST.
