About the Role:

The AC/CSR will report to the Project Manager under a program administered by Alacrity Canada.

This role will receive functional direction from the Project Manager. This role is responsible for corresponding with applicants, providing a high level analysis of application files, and continual support of the team to ensure reporting requirements are met. The AC/CSR will engage with the management team to ensure that a comprehensive plan devised by the Project Manager is adhered to and completed in a timely manner.

Activities will include, but are not limited to, reviewing communication with team members and external partners, engaging with applicants, reviewing application forms and ensuring all documentation is present. This role is key to the success of the program and will require extreme attention to detail.


● Correspond with applicants by email or phone

● Review applications and supporting documents

● Follow up if missing documents

● Review websites for current e-Commerce features and functionality

● Review Financials/Application/Supporting Docs (yes and no)

● Other duties as required


● Preference to applicants who are bilingual (English and French)

● Familiarity with Digital Marketing and/or e-Commerce

● Experience with spreadsheets/data analysis

● Excellent Google G-Suite Skills

● Comfortable using various cloud based SaaS tools and applications (Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, etc)

● Self starter, work well independently

● Good interpersonal and customer relations skills

● Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar capacity

● Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Strong critical-thinking skills

● Detail-oriented, organized and analytical

● Ability to work remotely with strong judgment

● Team-centric attitude and willingness to help others on the team

Equipment requirements:

● High Speed Internet connection

● Desktop or laptop able to run recent versions of the operating system (Windows, MacOS) and productivity / communication and collaboration software needed

● Webcam

● Headset with an integrated microphone.

● Dual monitors an asset
