A year ago, we expanded our professional consulting services practice by officially partnering with Atlassian, the makers of Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and more. Since officially onboarding as a certified Atlassian partner, we have trained multiple in-house consultants who now hold the highly respected Atlassian Certified Professional designation and we managed to achieved Gold Partner Status in our first year.
Now with our rapid growth, we need more help!
We’re looking for an intermediate to senior Atlassian Consultant with demonstrated learning and experience as outlined in the description and requirements.
Manage client facing project deliverables, including analysis, configuration, customization, performance, and best practices
Actively work with the sales team as a pre-sales engineer to facilitate or participate in client facing demos
Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements and document processes
Develop creative solutions to meet client needs including recommendations to solve business and technical problems.
Present analysis to client stakeholders including solution options, and gather feedback regarding pros, cons, and risks of potential solutions
Working in an agile team, design and develop all customer facing deliverables including business and technical requirements, design drawings, training materials, and project reports as needed
Collaborate with the Highway Three Consulting Team to share best practice knowledge and expertise.
Coach and mentor junior consultants
Management and Administration experience with Atlassian Cloud and Server environments. Specifically Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Bitbucket
Familiarity with agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe etc
Experience gathering and managing client requirements using modern business analysis techniques
Communication skills, including technical specifications, technical writing, teamwork, presentations targeted to a variety of audiences, and regular status updates
Comfortable working collaboratively, both face-to-face and through major conferencing tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack
Top-notch time management and personal organizational skills
