Job Description

        As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be working primarily with LetHub’s founding team to provide onboarding and support to clients throughout their journey with the platform. You will also help with various tasks relating to business operations including coordinating with the web development team for the release of new features and researching and creating social media content where necessary.



  • Provide support by way of email and calls
  • Onboard new clients to the platform
  • Perform daily account checks to ensure client usability
  • Work with the marketing team, when necessary, content creation
  • Manage projects in correspondence with the technology team

Ideal Candidate

  • Canadian citizen or permanent resident
  • Undergraduate degree (preferably in commerce or business)
  • A strong interest in building a career in customer success, account and project management, and marketing
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – eager to advance through clearly defined learning paths
  • Self-disciplined, organized, and ambitious
  • Go-getter attitude that shows initiative, persistence, and perseverance
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience with Canva and Monday is a plus
