As the Content Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing STN’s relationships with video content partners, covering verticals such as news, entertainment, business, sports and lifestyle. These video content partners provide STN with thousands of daily videos and as the Content Account Manager you will be in charge of both maintaining these relationships and seeking out strategic mutually-beneficial opportunities for our company’s to grow business together. Additionally, you will lead quarterly and annual partnership presentations with your partners, provide assistance with the creation of presentations for STN’s biggest partners such as Conde Nast and the NFL, review and send monthly reports, and provide guidance on best practices. The Content Account Manager reports to the Director of Content Operations and will assist the Director of Business Development in sourcing leads for new content partners.

  • Be the day-to-day contact for STN’s content partners including sending reports, answering inquiries, providing guidance and best practices
  • Identify strategic opportunities to grow business with existing content providers
  • Identify new potential content providers to enhance our portfolio
  • Assist with the preparation of presentation materials for major partners
  • Lead quarterly and annual reviews with your managed accounts
  • Send examples of content partner implementations on STN publishing partners to managed accounts
  • Develop launch plans for onboarding new content providers
  • Conduct research on market and industry trends, the sports video landscape, potential leads for content and viability
  • Find opportunities for efficiencies and aid in creating process improvements


  • At least three years of customer service or account management experience
  • Proven ability to work in a team as a well as independently, both in-office and remotely
  • Possess our core values of curiosity, collaboration, relentless, creativity.

  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects while paying strict attention to detail
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Openness to duties and tasks that fall outside of job description


  • Content management and client communications
  • Market & industry research and analysis
  • Spreadsheet reporting and analytics
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Working knowledge of news categories such as entertainment, business, sports and lifestyle both inside and outside North America
