We are seeking a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Design & Implementation Specialist to design, configure, and build out our CRM environment using Monday.com as our implementation platform, with the potential to expand into broader business systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) functionality, as the organization grows. 

Reporting to and working closely with Rising Tide Boat Works' VP, Business Development, you will translate business processes into a scalable, user-friendly CRM and business systems environment that supports business development and marketing initiatives, via project tracking, partnership management, stakeholder engagement, prioritized engagement workflows, integrations, campaigns and reporting.

Responsibilities

- Design and build a customized CRM within Monday.com that aligns with business requirements (e.g., business development and marketing needs)

- Configure CRM boards, workflows, automations, dashboards, forms, integrations, and user permissions to support stakeholder onboarding, relationship management, opportunity management, project tracking, and future business system expansion

- Recommend best practices and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and data quality
- Collaborate with RTBW stakeholders, as needed, to gather requirements and refine system functionality, workflows, and automations

- Test functionality, troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements as new features and business needs evolve

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting CRM and/or other business systems solutions

- Strong understanding of CRM, workflow, and systems implementation best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical, effective solutions

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to translate high-level business direction into independently executed systems solutions and effectively collaborate with stakeholders throughout implementation

Preferred Experience

- Experience implementing CRM, ERP, or other business systems solutions for startups/growing organizations (while experience implementing such solutions in Monday.com is preferred, demonstrated proficiency configuring automations, integrations, dashboards, and workflows using other platforms is considered an asset) 

- Experience documenting processes and training end users
