We are seeking a full-time Customer Success Specialist to join our Customer Success team. The successful candidate will play a huge role in helping the department expand their accounts through successful pilots and roll-outs.

You will be responsible for:

- Maintaining and updating the onboarding process using Salesforce 

- Ensuring application integration is documented alongside other departments 

- Documenting process requirements from customers and presenting to Customer Success Team 

- Triaging and investigating technical questions and bugs reported by partners

- Updating and maintaining data mapping process 

This is the perfect role if you have:

- 1-2 years of office or working experience

- A passion for technology and continuous improvement 

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills 

- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Suite

The following would be a plus but not required: 

- Worked in the service or restaurant industry

- Experience in a start-up environment 

- Located in the Greater Victoria Area

This role will be partially funded by grants so the ideal candidate will be : 

- A post-secondary graduate 

- Between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of role

- Canadian citizens, permanent residents or persons granted refugee status in Canada
