This position is instrumental in helping the CRD harness the power of data to make informed decisions and gain a competitive edge in the rapidly evolving business landscape. The incumbent plays a critical role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that will inform strategic business decisions. This role will involve leveraging statistical analysis, data mining, and visualization techniques to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations within large datasets. The position collaborates with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations that contribute to organizational goals and objectives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Data Collection and Cleaning: Gather and compile relevant data from various sources.
  • Clean and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Data Analysis: Apply statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to analyze complex datasets.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
  • Develop and execute queries to extract specific information from databases.
  • Data Visualization: Create compelling visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) to communicate insights effectively by utilizing tools like Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization platforms.
  • Reporting: Generate and present regular reports that highlight key performance indicators and trends.
  • Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Predictive Modeling: Build predictive models to forecast future trends and outcomes.
  • Evaluate model performance and iterate as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, business analysts, and decision-makers.
  • Recommend and implement best practices and explore innovative approaches to improve analytical processes.
  • Data Governance and Security: Ensure data quality and integrity by adhering to data governance policies.
  • Implement and follow security protocols to protect sensitive information.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze complex business problems and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of analytical processes, methodologies, and findings.
  • Follows all CRD policies, procedures and standards.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Key Skills & Abilities

  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis and interpretation
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to maintain good working relationships with professionalism and tact.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
  • Knowledge of statistical concepts and machine learning techniques.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Willingness to learn and stay current of industry trends, emerging tools, and advancements in data analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders
  • Strong assessment and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail, ability to research, analyze, interpret and summarize issues.


  • Degree in a related discipline
  • A minimum of 6 years' directly related experience
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience
