 $72,724.97 - $83,014.85 annually plus 9.9% Temporary Market Adjustment

Service BC is government’s chief provider of services to B.C. residents and businesses. The work of the division enables the design and delivery of accessible, responsive, and cost-effective services, making it easier for British Columbians and businesses to interact with government.

Reporting to the Director, Technical Support, Service Analytics and Business Intelligence, the Data Warehouse Architect is responsible for the design, development and implementation of the data and analytics products and projects that enable data science efforts in Service BC. The position works closely with internal technology and business area stakeholders. This role will lead the technical design, development and maintenance of the division’s business intelligence applications and data warehouse, integrate data from various applications, and deliver a reporting/dashboard platform.

 Qualifications for this role include:

  • Degree, diploma, certification or equivalent in the computer science field.
  • Experience in data modelling, process modelling, and/or business area analysis techniques.
  • Experience managing complex projects.
  • Experience developing policy and standards documents.
