PerfectServe is a growing healthcare SaaS software company looking for a talented Demand Generation Manager in support of enterprise sales. Our ideal candidate has a strong track record of driving effective strategy, developing plans and executing multivariant B2B marketing campaigns for long enterprise sales cycles. You are creative, innovative and have strong writing skills. This role is tightly aligned with sales and is measure not only on MQLs and SQLs, but on conversions throughout the sales cycle.

PerfectServe provides a cloud-based mobile communication platform to hospitals across the US that improves the nurse and physician work experience, supports positive patient outcomes, and reduces the financial burden associated with outdated communication infrastructure.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Build & execute a strategic demand gen plan that garners us greater awareness in the marketplace, converts leads to real sales opportunities and supports sales ability to close deals.
  • Ability to ID creative and innovative tactics that drive greater ROI within a determinate marketing budget. 
  • Launch ABM programs for prospect and customer journeys that engage multiple personae and drive conversions throughout the funnel.
  • Leverage research to help mold content that is timely for the industry and shape TOFU, MOFU and BOFU for each persona.
  • Engage in an active feedback loop with sales and the marketing team as a whole to optimize our lead nurturing processes through digital, email, content, and social channels.
  • Assess and own performance management of demand tactics, analyzing the ROI of our investments, project lead volumes and communicate results with both sales and marketing.

Qualifications/Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing campaign management with demonstrable results.
  • Exceptional writer, ideally with experience writing about software, technology, and/or healthcare.
  • Experience using ABM platforms to deliver creative, and effective, ABM programs.
  • Marketing or Business Degree
  • Experience building content libraries that address multiple personas, verticals, and stages of the buying cycle.
  • Ability to execute against and meet important deadlines.
  • Critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively to achieve cross-team objectives.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and English language skills.
  • Able to prioritize and make routine decisions independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization and time management skills.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic.
