We are seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to join our team in VICTORIA, British Columbia, Canada.

As an Enterprise Project Manager, you’ll lead high impact, organization wide business and technology projects from strategy through delivery. You’ll partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to bring forward solutions that make a real difference.

In this role, you’re the driver behind strategic change using top tier project management practices (PMI) and proven change management approaches (Prosci/ADKAR). You’ll oversee planning, risks, stakeholder engagement, financials, communications, and ensure every project delivers with clarity, quality, and lasting impact.

You’ll work closely with executives, influence decision making across business and technical groups and lead collaboration using both traditional and Agile/Scrum methods. This is a role where your ability to connect people, simplify complexity, and keep momentum strong will shine.

You’ll build trusted relationships across the organization, align diverse teams and help embed new ways of working with confidence and enthusiasm.
