What you'll be doing...
As an integral member of our Technology team, you will provide administrative support and coordination assistance to the VP of Information Technology & Chief Information Officer, while also acting as a valued resource to the Division. Your natural curiosity and continuous improvement mindset will be assets as you look to streamline processes and demonstrate a standard of excellence.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Collaborate on a variety of initiatives undertaken by the Information Technology Division
- Manage Divisional administrative functions
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of reports, board presentations, briefing notes, legal documents, business cases and other complex documents
- Provide support to Divisional Leadership Team

What you'll bring to the table...
- Significant experience as an Executive Assistant supporting and reporting to a senior executive
- Excellent planning and coordination skills to organize calendars, schedules, meetings, appointments, committees, travel arrangements and compile all related materials
- Attention to accuracy and detail in all aspects or responsibilities
- Ability to manage a variety of administrative and operational responsibilities under time constrains, with minimal direction, while maintaining a high level of professional excellence
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills
