The Jr. Technical Analyst will report to the Service Management Operations Lead and is expected to provide on-site technical support

Advanced Solutions is looking for community-minded, energetic, progressive individual to join its HIBC Services business area

As a part of the consortium team which consists of PBC Solutions, Advanced Solutions provides IMIT services to support the Ministry of Health’s Health Insurance BC (HIBC) Services. Application Requirements

Must Have

• A degree in IT and one year of related experience; or

• A diploma in IT and 2 years of related experience; or

• Certificate or program completion, or some course work, and 3 years of related experience; or

• 4 years of related experience.

Nice to Have

• ITIL Certification would be an asset;

• Salary Grid Level: Level 21, Schedule 2

• Annual Salary: $81,159.25 - $92,424.26 (based on a 40 hour work week schedule)

• Office Location: Role Specific
