Are you a junior IT professional who is curious, reliable, and ready to grow?
Learn. Support. Monitor. Grow.
Starting Your IT Career? Ready to Learn and Grow?
If you’re early in your IT journey, eager to learn, and motivated to build real-world experience, this role is designed for you.
We are looking for a junior IT professional who is curious, reliable, and ready to grow. You don’t need to know everything—we value attitude, willingness to learn, and strong communication just as much as technical ability.
In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in technical support, network monitoring, and security awareness, working alongside an experienced team that will guide and support your development.
About the Role
This position blends technical support, system monitoring, and coordination, giving you exposure to multiple areas of IT. You’ll help keep systems running smoothly, support users, and develop the ability to identify and investigate potential security issues. This includes visiting client sites to understand root causes and working toward effective solutions with guidance from experienced team members
You won’t be expected to solve everything alone; you’ll work closely with a team, building your skills while contributing to real client environments.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Technical Support (Learn by Doing)
- Provide day-to-day support to clients
- Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with system setup, deployment, and maintenance
- Support help desk requests and learn how to raise cases to obtain support
Network & Security Monitoring (With Team Support)
- Monitor systems and alerts using tools like LogicMonitor, Auvik, or similar
- Learn how to identify unusual activity and potential security concerns
- Assist in investigating alerts and issues with guidance from experienced team members
- Contribute to root-cause analysis and documentation
- Build awareness of security best practices and system reliability
Coordination & Communication
- Review incoming support emails and create or update service tickets accordingly
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members via phone, email, and messaging
- Assign and coordinate cases with technicians to ensure timely and effective resolution
- Monitor and review cases to build knowledge, improve skills, and maintain quality standards
- Ensure tickets are properly assigned, followed through, and that customer satisfaction is consistently maintained
Documentation & Process Learning
Document your work, solutions, and processes clearly and consistently
Learn to create structured, professional technical documentation
Contribute to improving workflows, procedures, and team processes
Build strong habits around organization, accuracy, and consistency
Develop and maintain effective time management skills, including tracking work, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines

- Strong willingness to learn, grow, and take feedback
- Good communication skills and confidence speaking with others
- Basic understanding of computers, networking, and troubleshooting

- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
- Calm, positive attitude under pressure
Requirements
- Access to a reliable vehicle for occasional client-site visits
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel locally when required
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development
Training & Growth Opportunities
- Hands-on learning in real IT environments
- Support from experienced technicians and engineers
- Exposure to monitoring tools, security practices, and system management
