  • Customer Journey: Measure and optimize the user journey as it relates to product usage and lead conversion. Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, SMS, content, and social channels.

  • Metrics & Reporting:  Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers. Continually analyze data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization to convert customers. 

  • SEO: Manage both on-page SEO and off-page SEO for the company. Improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions. Audit and optimize content for search engines and lead generation.

  • Content Marketing: Support Brand Specialist and Marketing Specialist in execution of editorial calendar including blog posts, whitepapers, reports, webinars, infographics, sales enablement collateral, case studies, product videos, website copy, forum responses, social media (Tik Tok, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin). 

  • Paid Media: Assist Paid Specialist to grow marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content. Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower our cost-per-acquisition.

  • Project Management: Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Customer Success, Sales and Product to manage project management milestones in Trello. Oversee all marketing projects and activities to ensure they stay on track and on budget.

  • Team Management: Manage marketing team of three (Paid Specialist, Brand Specialist, and Marketing Specialist). Support VP Marketing to determine future staffing needs for the marketing team.


  • Proficient with Google sheets, Google Analytics, Google Console
  • Superior written and oral communication skills;
  • Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce or Close
  • Working knowledge of content management (CMS) platforms, web analytics software and keyword tools.
  • Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize; project management experience
  • Research and analytical skills
  • Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite
