To shine in this role, you:

  • Have relevant education and experience with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in an Office Operations role
  • Are computer savvy and have advanced level knowledge with Microsoft Office 365 as well as other online tools
  • Are a linear, systems thinker who is curious and quickly learn and master new systems
  • Feel good after a to-do list item gets checked off
  • Work independently and have experience meeting or exceeding the expectations of your team
  • Describe yourself as being professional, confident, resourceful, and you are exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and client-focused
  • Consistently look for ways to get more done in less time – “work smarter, not harder”
  • Can juggle many tasks and still stay on top of everything; in fact, you are always one step ahead
  • Think critically and have strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Are dedicated to doing a great job, and like to laugh, have fun, and to work in partnership with your team!
