Udutu is an online learning company that now operates virtually, since the pandemic. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is interested in working from home on a part time basis, with an option to grow into a more full time role in the future. We anticipate the current workload to be approximately 15 hours per week, possibly 20 at times.

Primary responsibility will be to cover bookkeeping for a limited number of monthly transactions, using the XERO online accounting system. Other bookkeeping responsibilities including filing and paying taxes, tracking projects, creating invoices, etc.

Preference will be given to someone who could also take on responsibilities to assist in the preparation of RFP responses, the creation of analytical reports, and generally assist the CEO (who is a woman). Some other duties might include dealing with external marketing companies and contractors. This small company deals with a diverse range of customers spread around the world and across many industries.

Remuneration, working hours, vacations and benefits can be negotiated. The role offers a great deal of freedom to set your own schedule.
