  • Talk with the customers in order to understand their needs and write corresponding user stories and requirements document that are suitable for the development team to refine and implement 
  • Create sketches and wireframes to aid in the user experience discussion 
  • Be available for the team and client in order to clarify requirements, discuss priorities and discuss alternative solutions if any 
  • Actively participate of backlog grooming helping the team with story breakdown and technical discussions 
  • Help the team to understand the whole picture 
  • Contribute with and review deliverables from the team, including demos, white papers, webinar content, blog posts, presentations 
  • Lead client early engagements to ensure business goals are captured and understood from the beginning in new projects 
  • Support our Operations team in building proposals and roadmaps for our clients, supported by our subject matter experts 
  • Help the team execute toward the goals and clearly communicate the plans internally and externally with partners and clients 


Essential Skills 

  • Experience working in an Agile software development environment. 
  • Experience in a project or program management role. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities. 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills 
  • Previous experience as a Software Developer is highly desirable
  • Product Owner Certification will be considered a Plus (CSPO, PSPO, etc.)
