Sales Development Representative

VINN is looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team. You have a genuine interest in cars, the automotive world and will be joining a team of creative problem-solvers that work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be helping our customers find their perfect vehicle by making expert vehicle recommendations that are tailored to their needs. 

To be successful in this role, you should have experience working in customer service or automotive/telesales, have excellent communication skills, and have the ability to deliver memorable customer service experiences. You are comfortable with high volume call outputs/telephone sales and continuously building your vehicle knowledge. Automotive experience and a love for cars are considered an asset, as is experience maintaining and working within a CRM software tool.


· Assist customers in their vehicle search using our network of dealership partners

· Manage inbound and outbound customer communications

· Stay on top of industry trends and new model releases

· Manage and maintain a CRM database

· Meet or exceed individual sales targets

· Perform customer follow-ups, satisfaction surveys, and review solicitations


· Demonstrable experience working at a high level within a sales team

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to use creative problem-solving skills to improve the customer service experience

· Experience maintaining a CRM database

· Appetite for telesales, highly self-motivated and resilient


· Fluent in French or Chinese

Salary: $55,000-$80,000.00 per year with commission
