Senior Product Manager (Games / Live Ops)
Senior Product Manager (Games / Live Ops)
Help drive the continued development and performance of our live mobile and social casino games!
About the Role
Blastworks is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help drive the continued development and performance of our live mobile and social casino games.
This is a hands-on, game-focused product role working closely with game design, engineering, art, QA, analytics, CRM, and marketing. You'll help identify opportunities within our existing products, turn those opportunities into features and experiments, and follow them through from concept to live performance.
We're looking for someone who is curious about player behaviour, comfortable working with data, and able to form a point of view about what we should build, why we should build it, and how we'll know whether it worked.
What You'll Do
• Own product areas and initiatives across our live games
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and monetization
• Develop product requirements and drive features from concept → launch → iteration
• Use player behaviour, product data, and market research to inform decisions
• Work with game designers to evolve game loops, progression, economies, and player experiences
• Partner with analytics to define KPIs, investigate opportunities, and measure results
• Contribute to live-ops planning, including events, features, offers, and experiments
• Prioritize opportunities based on player impact, business value, effort, and available resources
• Review competitive products and broader F2P/mobile gaming trends
• Evaluate live performance and recommend what we should improve, expand, or stop doing
What You Bring
• 5+ years of product management experience in games or live consumer products
• Experience owning and shipping features from idea through production
• Strong product judgment and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into actionable plans
• Experience using data and player/customer behaviour to make product decisions
• Ability to work effectively with designers, engineers, analysts, artists, QA, and other disciplines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to challenge assumptions
• Willingness to work onsite with our team in Victoria
Strongly Preferred
• Experience with F2P, social casino, mobile games, or other economy-driven products
• Familiarity with game economies, progression, LiveOps, and monetization
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
• Understanding of metrics such as retention, conversion, ARPDAU, ARPPU, player behaviour, and LTV
• Hands-on experience working with game analytics
What Success Looks Like
• You develop a strong understanding of our players and why they play
• You identify meaningful opportunities within our existing products
• Features have clear objectives and measurable outcomes before development begins
• Decisions increasingly come from data, player behaviour, and informed product judgment
• You take genuine ownership of your areas rather than simply managing delivery
• The things you help us build improve the player experience and move meaningful business metrics
