The Opportunity:

Advanced Solutions is looking for community-minded, energetic, progressive individual to join its 

Architecture and Engineering team. The Architecture and Engineering team has overall responsibility for 

Enterprise Architecture at Advanced Solutions, encompassing Enterprise, Application, Data/Information, 

Technology and Security Architectures. It is also responsible for specific architecture and engineering 

engagements in support of business development, project delivery and ongoing operations, as well as 

providing ongoing architectural support to all Advanced Solutions business units and clients.

Application Requirements 

Must Have

• Degree in Computer Science or related field and 7 years of experience, or

• Diploma in Computer Science and 9 years of experience, or

• 10 years of experience;

• Experience managing and leading virtual, cross-functional teams, including defining 

requirements, developing designs and project plans, and delivering results;

• Experience in creating and managing the creation of infrastructure solutions and concepts for 

enterprise customers;

• Experience in developing large-scale enterprise business solutions in a multiplatform 

environment; and

• Experience with architecture design concepts and techniques and the ability to communicate and 

evangelize those concepts to a broad based team.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Architecture process and frameworks.

• Knowledge of the principles, practices and tools of project management.

• Act as an advocate for ensuring that the infrastructure architecture aligns with the overall 

enterprise architecture goals.

• Working with other IT groups, develop and maintain an infrastructure roadmap that provides 

reduced overall complexity and increased cost efficiency.

• Provide leadership and direction through technical subject matter expertise.

• Ability to communicate concisely, both verbal and written at a level consistent with the audience’s 

level of understanding.

• Annual Salary: $115,915.52-$132,788.38 (based on a 40 hour work week schedule)
