Renzoku’s mission is two-fold: 1) providing Victoria’s tech sector with job ready talent in current, up-to date technologies in web development and 2) making the field of technology more accessible to all people of all backgrounds.

Renzoku will accomplish its mission through:

•USING AN APPRENTICESHIP MODEL, equipping students with the necessary soft and hard skills needed for employment in technology fields including web and software development.

•ONGOING CONSULTATION, participation and evaluation with students AND local industry.

•PROMOTING AN ATMOSPHERE OF LIFE-LONG LEARNING throughout the students, staff, mentors and teachers.

•KEEPING FINANCIAL BARRIERS LOW through industry sponsorships, grants and use of online modules.
