VICTORIA, BC -- March 26, 2026 -- Victoria-based Fast Movn Software International has acquired hiperstream, a Brazilian software company specializing in customer communication management for the telecommunications and financial services sectors.

The deal closed February 27, 2026. Fast Movn, incorporated in British Columbia in 2025, now leads a combined operation that serves more than 64 million users across Brazil, with major enterprise clients including Claro (Telmex group), Vivo (Telefonica group), Santander, and Carrefour.

“Financial communication and billing are the most sensitive points in the relationship between a company and its customers,” said Danilo Pecorari, CEO of Fast Movn. “This acquisition gives us the reach and the resources to bring that technology to markets that have never had access to it before.”

hiperstream’s platform processes more than 10 billion data validations annually and converts standard billing statements into customer engagement tools. Fast Movn’s Canadian operations were supported in part by the VIATEC BOOST program in Victoria, funded through Pacific Economic Development Canada. “VIATEC, BOOST, and the support of Pacific Economic Development Canada gave us the foundation to operate as a serious Canadian company,” said Todd Hooge, President of North American Operations at Fast Movn. “Without that, this acquisition doesn’t happen.”

The company plans to hire 15 new employees by end of 2026 and establish a development lab in Canada, with $5 million USD in projected investment over the next two years.
