Alacrity Canada has launched the CRM Horizons Program to help BC businesses learn the foundations of customer relationship management. The new CRM Advisor stream provides one-on-one support to help SMEs audit their current systems, identify strengths and challenges, and give direction on implementation of CRM improvements tailored to their needs.
This program is supported by the Province of British Columbia through Innovate BC, and managed province wide by Alacrity Canada, and is fully funded for eligible businesses in British Columbia.
Whether businesses are new to CRM or looking to optimize their current setup, this program can cover your needs. The Bootcamp is ideal for businesses just getting started with CRM, offering expert-led workshops and hands-on setup support, and the Advisor approach is designed for businesses with an existing CRM that need advanced strategies and expert guidance to maximize impact.
