BC Tech is proud to conduct our 2SLGBTQ+ Insights project, in partnership with TransFocus, exploring the experiences and needs of 2SLGBTQ+ professionals in the BC tech industry.

Funded by Discovery Foundation, this project aims to gain insights from multiple perspectives related to specific issues, challenges, data collection efforts and employer initiatives that currently exist and what is needed to further build an 2SLGBTQ+ inclusive tech sector for the future. 

We currently have two surveys open and encourage you to share with the appropriate individuals within your organization:

Both surveys are anonymous, take about 15 minutes, and are open until April 20 with a chance to enter a draw for 1 of 3 $50 Support Local Gift Cards for each survey! Your participation in this project will be an invaluable contribution to BC Tech’s 2SLGBTQ+ Insights report, which will be published Summer 2021.
