Camosun’s Computer Science technology students are looking for capstone projects to work on for the 2021 academic year! Our students are ready to use their newly acquired skills from the Information and Computer Systems (ICS) and Interactive Media Developer (IMD) Technology programs to provide solutions for many business problems, and they’re looking for real-world experience to hone those skills.

We invite industry, government and not-for-profit organizations to submit project proposals by January 31, 2021. Successful applicants will be matched with students to complete a final software project, and share their accomplishments at a capstone showcase in August.

There’s no cost to submit a proposal and you may submit as many as you like. Sponsorship opportunities are also available for the showcase, and sponsors commit to spend time on a weekly basis to work with and mentor the student team. All student work and meetings will be remote due to the ongoing pandemic.
