Paratus addresses a problem that Co-Founders Keith MacKenzie, Mike Lenz, and Morgan Tate have observed in Victoria for the past 15 years – a lack of exit-planning resources for Main Street businesses. To solve this problem, Paratus has launched a private, online community called PriceBuilder. Using the PriceBuilder software, members receive a business valuation and proven tactics to increase the value of their business.
