Harbour Air is acquiring Pacific Coastal Airlines (PCA) to form a new regional airline group, keeping both airlines under Canadian ownership.
Harbour Air says this newly created regional airline group will combine its seaplane network and PCA’s wheeled flight network to unlock more destinations for its guests and expand valuable air service across British Columbia.
