Announcing Our 2025 Round 2.5 and Round 3 Ventures!

The results are in. Our esteemed panel of 145 judges have completed evaluations for Round 2 of the 25th annual New Ventures BC Competition, presented by Innovate BC.

This year, 199 companies participated in Round 2. From this group, 15 ventures are advancing directly to Round 3. An additional 27 companies have been selected to pitch in Round 2.5 on June 18 for the chance to join them in the Top 25.

We continue to be impressed by the strength and diversity of BC’s tech ecosystem, and we’re thrilled to work with so many innovative and ambitious companies from across the province.

What’s next?
The top 15 companies advance directly to Round 3. The remaining 27 teams will enter Round 2.5, where they will pitch for a chance to advance. The top ten ventures from this pitch day will join Round 3, completing our Top 25.

Round 2.5 pitches take place on June 18. Round 3 ventures will be announced shortly after.
