VICTORIA, British Columbia, October 11, 2019 – StarFish Medical today announced that StarFish CEO and Founder, Scott Phillips, has been appointed as the new LifeSciences BC Chair of the Board of Directors.

“This is an important time in the industry. I‘m especially excited to be taking on the role with Wendy at the helm,” said Scott Phillips. “We are all working together to support and develop a growing and sustainable life sciences ecosystem in British Columbia.”

Wendy Hurlburt, President and CEO, of LifeSciences BC, announced the appointment today along with names of new members to the LifeSciences BC Board of Directors appointed at the 2019 LSBC Annual General Meeting on October 3, 2019.

Ohad Arazi, Anne Stevens, Jennifer Cudlipp, and Michael Martin were appointed to serve three-year terms on the LSBC Board of Directors. Ali Ardakani will remain Vice Chair Board of Directors.
