The release marks a significant step forward for the company, moving from a cross-platform Flutter codebase to a native iOS experience.

VICTORIA, B.C. — May 27 — WikiSleep, a VIATEC member company, recently announced the launch of WikiSleep 2.0 for iOS, a fully native rebuild of its sleep app experience. The release marks a significant step forward for the company, moving from a cross-platform Flutter codebase to a native iOS experience built for stronger performance, deeper device integration, and a noticeably better user experience.

The 2.0 release introduces several long-anticipated features, including offline listening, drag-and-drop playlist building and a refreshed UI and UX. Behind the scenes, the new build also unlocks richer analytics and user behaviour insights, giving the WikiSleep team the data they need to continually refine the product.

"This launch is the result of an incredible effort from an amazing team," said founder, Adrien Sala. "Going native opens the door to a whole new set of opportunities for us, including upcoming integrations with health and wearable platforms. And it sets the foundation for everything we want to build next."

A native Android app is currently in active development, with WikiSleep committed to bringing the same level of polish and performance to users across both platforms.

Highlights of WikiSleep 2.0 for iOS include a fully native iOS rebuild (previously Flutter), offline listening, sleep tracking, drag-and-drop playlist creation, a significantly improved UI and UX, deeper analytics that enable faster product iteration, and the technical foundation for upcoming health and wearable device integrations.

WikiSleep 2.0 for iOS is available now on the App Store.

About WikiSleep WikiSleep is a sleep app designed on the principle of Cognitive Diversion, helping users quiet the noise inside their heads so they can sleep easier. WikiSleep is a proud member of VIATEC.
