Description

Part two of our funding conversation is on its way. At this point it is a matter of calendars, lining up our guests' availability with a roundtable date. While that sorts itself out, we are going to take the opportunity for a check-in with an open floor, real problems, no agenda but ours.

We will start with updates. Between leadership changes and funding plans, this room has handed out a fair amount of advice lately. If you acted on any of it, or chose not to, we would love to hear where things stand. Wins, faceplants, and polite ignorings all count, and just listening is always fine.

Then it is over to you. Bring whatever is sitting heaviest right now. It might be a decision that keeps sliding to next week, a bet you cannot quite size, a conversation you are avoiding, or something stubborn that refuses to stay solved. If it is real to you, it belongs here.

As always, it does not need to be polished or resolved, and it does not need to come from the software industry.

This is an in-person and confidential conversation. No recordings, no notetakers, no broadcasting. What is shared in the room stays in the room.

Come with what is actually on your plate. Leave with a fresh angle and a clear next move.
