Increasingly, tech companies are looking to hire a more diverse talent pool, one that will reflect the broader community. However, more often than not, our applicant pool is not as diverse as we hoped for. 

This session will explore strategies for short and longer term recruitment to attract the diversity you're looking for. Written materials and tools will be provided.

We've partnered with Leah Shumka, Manager of Sexualized Violence Education, Prevention and Support at the faculty of Equity and Human Rights, UVic to explore DEI in an interactive format with actionable next steps.
