Scott French, the President and Executive General Manager for Codan Communications, engaged Todd Dupuis (Todd Dupuis | LinkedIn) to prepare two of Codan's most senior staff members to ready them for the next step in their careers. Todd has a non-classical leadership background and has proven to be a very capable executive coach at Codan Communications (https://codan.com.au/).
Todd will share his experience and insights regarding developing leaders, using the following agenda as his guideline for discussion:
- Todd’s leadership journey
- Share a ‘F&ck Up’ story of leadership you had (I’ll do the same)
- Ideas and thoughts around leaders being able to articulate a leadership vision
- The importance and role of executive coaching
- Share a success story of exec coaching
