When it comes to workplace communication, you are a rockstar. You’ve been doing this for years, and you know all the basics. But now, at your level, the basics just aren’t cutting it: you need to brush up on your advanced skills.

Building on Effective Workplace Communication, this 3-hour course will provide you with the communication skills you need to lead and support your staff through difficult conversations, de-escalate conflict, and ensure your staff feels supported, valued, and heard.

To enroll in the Advanced Workplace Communication course, participants are required to take the 3-hour “𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻” course.
