Alluvial - Certified Scrum Master - Course Overview

  • This 2-day Certified Scrum Master training will provide you with all the necessary elements to lead or contribute to a Scrum team. At the end of this training, trainees will be able to:
    • Master the essential concepts as well as the tools of Scrum
    • Identify the differences between agile methods and traditional “waterfall” methods
    • Establish a roadmap for the adoption of agility
  • Lead by a Certified Scrum Trainer (since 2011) who was taught by Ken Schwaber in 2002, and co-facilitated by an experienced Agile practitioner, this training workshop leverages the latest in virtual training tools, a unique visual style, and extensive hands-on experience to create an engaging class for anyone interested in Scrum and looking to prepare themselves for working in Agile organizations & teams.

  • Upon completion of the full two-day class, participants will receive:
    • A 2-year membership with the Scrum Alliance
    • Certified Scrum Master certification exam
    • Annotated slides and other class materials
