This is a free networking and learning opportunity for local leaders and aspiring leaders.

A small group of introverted and quiet leaders gets together one morning a month to talk about leadership topics in a supportive environment. Conversations are facilitated by a Certified Professional & Business Coach, and all are welcome to participate. Whether you’re currently in a leadership role, aspiring towards one, or looking to bring leadership to your current role, come join the discussion!

In April we’re talking about Accountable Teams.

Through our discussion, this month we’ll explore:

• Challenges leaders face in holding teams accountable
• The link between accountability and autonomy
• Successful strategies employed by group members to hold their teams accountable

If you’re unable to attend in the early morning, there is also an evening option available in April.
