- 9:00 Arrive Downtown Victoria and load the bus (pick up location - 777 Fort Street, Victoria BC)
- 9:30 Depart for Nanaimo
- 10:30 Bathroom break at Duncan
- 11:30 Arrive at Nanaimo and load onto Yacht
- 1:00 Startup pitches
- 2:00 Cindicates presentation - 15 minutes
- 2:15 Network
- 4:00 Load the bus back to Victoria
- 4:15 Depart and leave for Victoria
- 5:15 Bathroom break at Duncan
- 6:30 Arrive and unload
