2022 Diversity in Tech Dashboard Results

In this meeting we will be releasing the results of our 2022 Diversity in Tech Dashboard, made possible through sponsors: Innovate BC, Immigrant Employment Council of BC and the Vancouver Economic Commission. The data is drawn directly from TAP Network’s Annual Salary Survey, where participating  organizations measure diversity in their organizations using the Benchmarking Toolkit.   

Not only will you get to see the exciting momentum we're making in the tech sector, but also key details around Equity Diversity Inclusion & Belonging analytics and trends. To facilitate this session, we will have experts from the Mercer team joining the meeting to share their expertise.
