For Agile practitioners involved in creating, refining, managing and communicating around Agile business requirements, this course will deepen their skills and knowledge on this crucial topic.
By working through techniques such as Wireframes, User Personas, User Scenarios, Workflows and others, participants will learn how to comprehensively gather User Stories and build Story Maps for their Product Backlogs. The course will cover collaboration with other key roles, like business stakeholders, subject matter experts, users, developers, testers and others.

Deepen advanced Agile Analysis techniques:
- Evolving your requirements through the analysis process - Write meaningful Acceptance Criteria and Acceptance Tests.
- Estimating and sizing requirements - Gotchas, pros and cons
- How to use User Personas and Scenarios to create more valuable features
- Use and build simple wireframes
- Uncovering ‘hidden’ scope - Ensure the 'unknowns' are known
- Create a realistic fact-based timeline for your project/Release - Creating a burnup chart.

About the Trainer
Stuart Rolland has been working and leading in Agile environments since 2005 across the UK, Europe and North America. He has worked as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, IT and Software Delivery Manager, Agile Coach & Trainer in both the Public and Private Sectors on a range of mid to large scale software projects. Stuart has also led IT support teams and even managed large scale office build outs.
He is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and has a BCS/ISEB Certificate in Business Process Modelling.
