I have fostered collaboration and creativity to design and implement solutions for various areas of compensation, including executive compensation, organizational structure design, job evaluation, recognition, salary structures, compliance, employee retention, incentive plans, and equity programs.

Kirthi Roberts: P.Eng., PhD, CEO/Founder of Fiduci Consulting

Kirthi is the Founder and President of Fiduci Consulting, with over 25 years of experience across 5X different industry sectors, at the intersection of business and technology in Canada. At Fiduci he helps tech and engineering firms attract top talent while coaching professionals on how to pursue their career ambitions and dreams or overcome career and leadership challenges; together he believes in contributing to and fostering a thriving tech ecosystem in BC.

Kirthi holds a Master's in Electrical Engineering (SFU), a Ph.D. in Resource Management (UBC), and is a licensed Professional Engineer with EGBC (Engineering Physics); he has obtained additional management and leadership training from Sauder Business School (UBC) and Saïd Business School (Oxford, UK). He is also an alumnus of Lester B. Pearson College of the Pacific (Victoria, BC).

In his spare time, he is a mountain climber, back-country adventurer, and world traveler, bringing a diverse and global perspective to his professional endeavors.
