Having spent the past 15 years specializing in compensation and rewards, I am passionate about making a lasting and positive impact on organizations. Throughout my career, I have been involved in developing and leading rewards programs for both local and multinational organizations. I have fostered collaboration and creativity to design and implement solutions for various areas of compensation, including executive compensation, organizational structure design, job evaluation, recognition, salary structures, compliance, employee retention, incentive plans, and equity programs.

Kirthi RobertsP.Eng., PhD, CEO/Founder of Fiduci Consulting

Kirthi is the Founder and President of Fiduci Consulting, with over 25 years of experience across 5X different industry sectors, at the intersection of business and technology in Canada. At Fiduci he helps tech and engineering firms attract top talent while coaching professionals on how to pursue their career ambitions and dreams or overcome career and leadership challenges; together he believes in contributing to and fostering a thriving tech ecosystem in BC.

Kirthi holds a Master's in Electrical Engineering (SFU), a Ph.D. in Resource Management (UBC), and is a licensed Professional Engineer with EGBC (Engineering Physics); he has obtained additional management and leadership training from Sauder Business School (UBC) and Saïd Business School (Oxford, UK). He is also an alumnus of Lester B. Pearson College of the Pacific (Victoria, BC).

In his spare time, he is a mountain climber, back-country adventurer, and world traveler, bringing a diverse and global perspective to his professional endeavors.

Meghan is the VP, People & Culture at Redlen Technologies, and brings extensive expertise in talent management and executive leadership to the table. With more than 15 years of experience in HR leadership roles, she has successfully navigated through multiple post-acquisition integrations and played a pivotal role in an IPO. Her strategic guidance has consistently led to tangible business successes across start-ups, growth-stage ventures, and established digital media and technology organizations.
